Daily Caller Reporter Matthew Boyle Guest On Mario Moorhead Show At 2 p.m. Today; Blog Your Questions Here!
Matthew Boyle, the Daily Caller reporter who broke the Bribery Scandal story targeting VI officials, will be a guest on the Mario Moorhead show at 2 p.m. today on WDHP 1620 AM.
The story, which reported that Gov. John P. deJongh, Jr., Atty, General Vincent Frazer, and several as yet unnamed VI Senators received some $20 million in cash bribes in a conspiracy to rig the sale of what was then Innovative Communications, has become a national news story, most recently the topic of conversation on the Lou Dobbs radio program on Monday.
What questions do you have for Mr. Boyd? Blog them here and the blog will remain open during the broadcast for your comments and observations.

Stop your belly aching and hating. You lost and John won. No one is going to help you nuts. Shut your face up and go back to sleep.
2:44 You probably lost most of use with your incoherent babbling. Who’s John? What did he win? Are you trying to say you ate some bad nuts and now your belly aching?I thought you people called that a woootop…lol
To be honest with you I can’t sleep well. There’s a large crater in the road in front of my house and the constant banging from cars dropping in it makes quite a racket. The neighbors have just about had it and have threatened to plant palm tree in the crater.
Anon above, you don’t know it yet, but you lost too. Unfortunately, you don’t realize how much you have lost.
Shut your face and go back to sleep. No one is coming to help you because John is King of your jungle.
How childish is “Shut your face.” Who says that? Are you an adult?
What about you shutting your face up Anon?
No he/she is just a political appointee who spends his/her time monitoring the blogs about his boss who hired him/her during a hiring freeze while others are being laid off.
Ok………at this critical juncture, we need people with mental clarity. Someone spending time writing shut your face is so unproductive. What side of the indictments are you on, shut your face?
Some laid off people supported John. Or at least several of their relatives, shut-your-face. That is the curious irony. Keep firing them John. That is the only way they will be punished. I dread the day I hear that one of John’s henchmen is murdered as a proxy for John. It is getting really angry out there. And most likely by one of his own supporters. It is one thing to injure. It is another thing to betray.
One of our children who attended the recent Town Hall Meeting has just told us his sentiments: “All we know is there is no money, no jobs. I need to know what’s going on right now, because I’m at the end of the road.”
Well, you are not alone. I had envisioned my beloved Virgin Islands as a place where the Middle Class could live as Gentlemen; study as scholars; and train as soldiers.
The re-election of deJongh has most certainly derailed this vision!
Welcome to the retrofitting and retooling of the Virgin Islands economy through deJongh’s Vision: A Virgin Islands of the Very Poor and the Very Rich———————–no Middle Class!
Didn’t we warned you NOT to reelect John; Now WE

When a person faces an ominous situation, adrenaline increases preparing the body to either FLEE or to FIGHT.
A cowardly man “usually flees while a courageous man usually fights.
The majority of teachers are overwhelmed with this thought: “Another teacher two doors down from ME was laid-off!”
Yep! They are afraid just like sheep are of deWolf!
Anyone know if it was just STX teachers who were laid off?
Does anyone know how many teachers were FIRED?
Government workers are all worried who is next. Some of them are going behind their co-workers’ backs and telling on them just so they themselves will not be on the list. Those who are being fired are angry at their co-workers who still have a job. What misplaced emotion!!! The culprit is John P. DeJongh. He is determined to fire as many gov. workers as he can in this terrible economy. Most of the senators are also to blame. The people need to demand the recall of DeJongh/Francis . The senators can do it with a single vote. They need to know that our votes in November depend on their vote to recall John. Of course, we need to recall the board of election members and get new voting machines by Nov. so that they, the senators, cannot ignore our vote and negotiate a win with whoever controls the machines. We have a lot to DO!
Think about what you are asking: You want people who are generally scared of loosing their jobs, and who are scared of being placed on “a List” to place their names on a recall list?
A list that the supervisor of Elections can provide to deJongh?
I don’t think they will: Remember there is an “if…then” factor!
A senior STT senator loves to say, ” Relief is spelled W-H-I-T-E!”
I think many would say as well that “Fear is spelled D-e-J-o-n-g-h!”
The newspapers are WOEFULLY inadequate when it comes to reporting the news. Today’s Avis reported about the teachers being fired, but there is no mention of how many were fired, or if it was only on STX. ALSO – why is there now so much underreporting of the layoffs/firings? We heard about the first round, a little about the second, but now? What is the total number who have been fired? Wasn’t the $120 million in borrowing supposed to halt the firings? Has the $$$ been borrowed? We are kept mostly in the dark here about government proceedings.

Your observations are on point. It’s good that you are paying attention and you didn’t even blink. Now if you could get many others around you to do the same , the fight to straighten this mess out will get easier.
