Is Michael Bornn Sen. Terrence “Positive” Nelson’s Choice Of Running Mate?
We may have a glimpse into one more team that will be vying for the Office of the Governor in November.
Sen. Terrence “Positive” Nelson, gubernatorial candidate from the Independent Citizens Movement Party, announced on the radio today that he has chosen a running mate, and while he did not name the individual, he said that he and his chosen teammate were “born” to run for the two highest offices in Virgin Islands Government.
Public belief is strong that the potential running mate is Michael Bornn. No stranger to VI politics, Bornn is a former Commissioner of Tourism and was a candidate for governor himself when he ran with running mate Marty Golden in an unsuccessful bid against former Governor Charles Turnbull in 2002.
Nelson did not specify when a formal announcement will be made.
For now, we send the question to you.

That’s funny!
The DeJongh Sycophants need to go away! We all are sick and tired of the constant posting of dribble. Please go away,DeJongh has absolutely NO CHANCE at being reelected governor.
Where in the world is a person standing investigation for Improperly Spending Public Money on his Private Property going to get re-elected governor? Wait till he gets on the stand to defend himself and have to admit that the $490,000 is not the only situation he was involved in like that. What are our standards for Government House?
When is the Mafoliegate Court case??
Good question. Can CIF please find out and inform the VI people when the Mafoliegate Court case will happen?
Where in the world is a person standing trial for assault and domestic violence against his 19yr old mistress going to get elected governor? Wait till he gets on the stand to defend himself and have to admit that this affair is not the only situation he was involved in like that. What are our standards for Government House??
It appears that there are no standards, ethical values, or principles in the government house or should I say Mafoliegate. A good example deJongh does want he wants to do and the people bow down to the king, yes master.
You should asked where else in the world is a governor being cited for spending Public Funds on His Private Property going to get re-elected governor? What are our standards for Government House??
The poll is completed: deJongh is the worst governor ever elected in the Virgin Islands.
Cecile would never divorce the position of First Lady. She is too Greedy for that and she loves being “First” anything for the first time in her life. (pardon the pun) She is just sad.
She will not divorce if he wins.
@ Anon6:35
Even Cecile see the writing on the wall. She knows that her soon to be X is not going to be reelected so she’s bailing out in January. She will no longer be first anything so for her it’s time to move on from the black eyes.
Maybe Cecile and Jamma will come out of the closet in January. Payback is a b*tch. John thought he was playing Jamma when Jamma has been playing with Cecile for years. John yo been getting card. Good for yo. Cecile right, if you could do it so can she. Cecile call me I want “in” too. ha, ha, ha
WOW! This is better than wimbledon.
Look Stop attack Foncie , The word in the Dominican (santo) community is the Governor got a child for one … And he have couple gfs….. Yall could say what yall want bout Foncie .. But Foncie has never stolen money from the ppl of the VI , and nothing is proven on this dv case.
Ask John de Jongh how many children he has and how many of those children are with his wife Cecile. We know all about the real de Jongh. His so called ‘family image’ is nothing but GARBAGE.
They are all a bunch of crooked gangsters! Only in the Virgin Islands!!!
Dejongh is still ahead in the poll; that is ahead in being the worst governor ever elected in the USVI.
The absolute worst!
