Crucians Line Up Early For “Unity” March and Rally
A special ferry left at 7:30 a.m. en route to the “Unity, Accountability and Social Justice” March and Rally being held today on St. Thomas.
Organizers said the purpose of the event is to give all those in the Territory an opportunity to express their concerns about any issues they are facing in the Territory and gather information and inspiration from speakers who will address the group in Emancipation Park at the end of the March.
CIF will continue to update this blog as the event progresses.

Look at that negative t-shirt. I thought this was suppose to be a non-political and positive march. That’s a shame.
I don’t see that as a negative note at all. This is how people feel about what’s going on. Those three senators need to go home and are indeed one term jokers. We need to include the executive branch as well.
@jumping ship……Then campaign shirts should be worn also, since negative shirts like that would be allowed.
The march was poorly attended, only “Super-natives” spoke and attended! And was anti-deJongh! And was anti-non Virgin Islander.
@ Joan
Are you surprised? These people are so deaf, dumb and blind that they can’t see how much they are helping deJongh/Francis! God bless them all.
Not negative……..POSITIVE! The people are speaking out. WE have not been heard by our clueless senators by the way the vote….Turdland, Silly Sanes, and MIA James. They need to go in the primary.
Where can I buy t-shirts?????? I want a dozen of them to wear and distribute.
@ Joan and Anonymous
Are you saying that in a democracy people should not have a right to express exactly how they feel about the people that they have elected to represent them even if they feel that those representatives are not doing what they expect of them????? That’s the problem in the Virgin Islands it is rapidly becoming more and more of a totalitarian state where if you express your political opinion and not agree with what you all want to hear, then the person is label as deaf and dumb and blind. Well SA Who was stopping you from wearing your campaign shirt as long as it was green? Lol. You have a right to support whomever you see fit. Who is you to be making derogatory statements about people just because they do not share your views, what gives you the right to pass judgment regarding people physical being and intellect.
@Super-Stupid Joan & Super-Silly Anonymous: Which March was poorly attended? Surely not the one that I was a part of today. People who try to spew negative commentary about a march that they definitely did not attend should shut to &%$# up & go wash their “Together for Tomorrow” T-shirt!
Have they washed down and disinfected the march route and rally site yet?
Not yet, the crews are busy at Government House and Johns house at Mafolie. Check back in November
That march was huge deJongh is in trouble.

3,000? Is that the number that the spin-masters have settled upon? Your numbers are as inflated as Ken Mapp’s waistline!

WE all know yur a dewolf supporter. Dont worry I will buy you a bottle of advil and a box of tissue. The headache you will have and the tears you will shed come sept wil be monumental!
John check yo yard…it’s there!
I attended the march and was very happy to be a part of history in the making.
It was a very moving feeling to see the people of the Virgin Islands come together peacefully and voice their concerns.
I too voted for our current governor and I have been following closely how this administration has been handling the people’s business. I am not ashamed to say that I made a mistake and now it is time for a change. The senators who we elected have not listened to the people that put them in office and they too need to go. I live on St.Thomas and will do my part to effect a change when I cast my vote.
Three Public Works backhoes were just spotted entering MAFOLIEGATE. One of the operators was asked why were they going on to the property and he said they were only told they were there to dig up a “black box”.
Keep looking John. There are seven minnie black ones too to dig up.
By the way John what else do you think was in the hand mix concrete that was used to repair your house when the drive way construction was going on.
John it’s time to let you know your cursed!
