“Free Speech” has been silenced in the US Virgin Islands, and in this instance, the silence is golden.
Last week marked the end of a dark era in VI Radio, the era of one Roger W. Morgan (if that was his real name) when his ironically named talk show left the air. The departure marked the end of several months of controversy surrounding the radio host’s operation of a “foundation” that was never approved by the VI Government and conflicting information about his ownership of a radio station in Virginia.
He found an audience in those who relished his self-righteous, far right wing, divisive style, characterized by his patronizing and often outright rude behavior to those who attempted to participate in his program that held a different view. And while clearly we believe in everyone’s right to their own opinion, we won’t miss hearing his.
The most recent controversy surrounded unpaid debts he had related to those who had loaned him money for the Virginia station and, despite his denials on air, a recent court ruling supported the loaner’s contention the Morgan had defaulted on a portion of the loan. (Attached)
So good bye and good riddance from our airwaves. We wish you safe passage to your next port of call.
We just hope you paid up before you left.
…and some of us have known Roger for years and know that anyone who says he is a con is FOS, right up to their eyeballs. Those people have good reasons to want him out of their way, and will say whatever they think will help their causes. TA TA, why are you so scared of the talk show host? What are you trying to get done that you don’t want us to know about? Maybe I should pick up the torch. People like you make me want to vomit.
Don’t vomit, just show the public the money trail. You can’t take money from the public over the public airwaves and then refuse to account for it.
I can think of only one reason to refuse to show people the information regarding how the money was handled, only one.
Do what I did. Drive over to the foundation and ask to see the report. Make sure you say “good morning” first and they will show it to you.
You must be a senator, with spell check. I can’t imagine a normal person being so obtuse.

I wonder how many of the people who complain about the possible missuse of some donated money actually contributed to the funding to help the little girl. Since this website is so good at researching documents maybe the owners of Cruciansinfocus could show their cancelled check from helping out the little girl. Roger if you are still reading all these posts remember Jealousy is the most sincere form of flattery. To all of you “haters” out there enjoy your Hillbilly music station and your corrupt politicians.
You know people like you are the problem, if it was someone that was from one of the islands, it would be OK for everyone to ask about the money, but or no not this white boy that came and went out of his way to make people think that he was something he was not, that is why ther will not be any peace in the island you all need to stop coming and thinking that you can do what the hell you want to and we are not to say any thing about it.

I agree with the Anons, you siim to want it to be OK just because Roger is white. Guess he blew smoke up your butt about what a wonderful member of the community he was and you drank that koolade and seem to want more. The koolade jug is empty Randy and with any luck Roger will have to answer the burning question of where the money went.
You want to change the focus and complain about the senators? What in the world could be worse than to use a small child to play the public to gather money and then use it for yourself? Like I said, I can think of only one reason that Roger would want to keep that information sealed. Why doesn’t he prove people like me wrong and make it public?
And by the way, you’re the one that is FOS because you didn’t get anything from the St Croix Foundation. Seems as though you are like your buddy Roger when it comes to just making crap up to try to deflect the conversation.

Roger Morgan is doing great. He will soon start “Free Speech” via the Internet. All who wish to participate will get an opportunity. It will be international and bigger than ever! Thanks to Ronnie rascal and his gang, Roger’s misfortune has become a success.
Roger Morgan has claimed repeatedly the Roger W. Morgan Foundation was “duly” registered as a non profit organization.
That was the week of November 2, 2009.
Roger Morgan claims the reason the Kissee Richards funds were moved to the STX Foundation was because “In the beginning there were problems with the paperwork.”
The “beginning” was the end of April 2006.
The time span between those two events is 3 1/2 yrs.
The Kissee Richards fund raiser occurred around April 2007.
The time span between that event and the 11/02/09 claims is 2 1/2 years.
Questions:
In that 2 1/2 years -
1. When did Roger discover there were problems with the paperwork? In the “beginning” or after the money was solicited and collected for Kissee Richards?
2. When did Roger place the money under the St. Croix Foundation?
Before he made the claims the “Foundation” was “duly registered” or after he discovered there were problems with the paperwork?
I am concerned that Roger Morgan would claim on-air the Roger W. Morgan Foundation was “duly registered” in November 2009 if the money was placed under the STX Foundation prior. Especially, if the motivation for moving the money was the discovery the foundation was not “duy registered.”
That would make Roger Morgan a liar.
How many fundraising events before Kissee Richards did Roger Morgan attach the “Roger W. Morgan Foundation” name to?
I think answers to reasonable questions would tell us the truth behind Roger Morgan’s character once and for all.
P.S. I think Roger’s misfortune will only get worse if what I am hearing is true.

Time and time again I see the same LAZY people sit around complaining about how some white man is hurting them or causing them not to succeed (you remember that scene from the movie Do the Right Thing). Well I say get off your lazy butts, get off public assistance, get an education and support your family. If you can’t find a job in one location well you move to where you could find work, save your money and buy a house and teach your kids the same – You’ll be surprised on what you could accomplish – maybe even buy your own radio station. Hey Randy and Nymike you as-h–e- should start a funraising effort to get roge a one way ticket to oregon or better yet asia where he could used his con artist skills to market those places. While you are fund raising you can also raise funds for the rent he owes in mohagany welcome that he is so much trying to stiff his landlord.What a character.He is the perfect choice for tourism. He fits in well with his governor buddy dijon that stiff the virgin islands for all those funds while serving in office. Roge in court last week dijon soon come.
FYI, the judge ruled in favor of RWM and repeatedly admonished the landlord’s attorney. She was even telling lies in front of the judge and got chewed out more than once.

That is so not true! RWM was ordered to vacate the premises in 30 days and remit back rent. Stop spreading untruths.

I hear that Roger was nervous as a whore in church during that hearing. Think Roger was afraid that someone was going to come busting in and slap the cuffs on him right there in the court room?
Now who could do that? And what could Roger possibly be so worried about? Could it be the handling of the non-existant foundation money? Do you think that maybe there are people that can access that money trail without Roger’s help? That’s a scary thought!

But I understand it was 10:31 in the morning when you wrote your comments you just got out of bed getting ready for another day of doing absolutely nothing except breathing, eating and getting high.
