What Else Do We Need To Know?

January 20, 2010
     Gov. John P. deJongh, Jr.

Gov. John P. deJongh, Jr.

If anyone still has questions about the state of this Administration then they weren’t paying attention last night.

There is now documented, irrefutable evidence of perjury, fraud, conflict of interest, obstruction of justice – we could (and will in later articles) go on. But for now, there is only one question.

Will this be Governor John P. deJongh, Jr.'s, final State of the Territories Address?

More people should go look for their voter’s registration card, but until the community as a whole feels safe, they ain’t gonna register to vote for fear of being called to jury duty. I think we need to change the jury duty pool, and pull from the VI “driving license” records…just a thought…

Here’s a big funny…the gov got the cruiseships back here to STX, but how did he pull that off? Well, he gave them free porting, and who overseas that port?, well that would be David Mapp, yes. And where does David Mapp live?, why it’s aroung the corner from his brother’s address in Florida…can we please get some clarification on this? Do both the Mapps live in Florida, yet maintain a VI address so they can operate under VI confusionary laws? I am confused, somebody please clear it up for me? Mapp’s not a bad guy, I might even support him, but I need some questions answered first…

Yes, what about Nelson? Is he a grasroots candidate? What is his platform? I hear he has said he is running, but I haven’t yet heard his campaign. Just from watching him on LEGIT, I can see he is passionate with his legislative agendas, but where does he stand as a future Governor?

    Anyone have any insight?

So far we have DeJongh (blah), Mapp (honest?), and Nelson (what’s his platform?) Who else? They need to come out of the woodwork now, before we don’t realize what our choices really are

Donastorg is the best we have .. Mapp is HISTORY .. he backed down from the Schneider administration, and showed no respect he was so rude … he went from being rude during the storm .. Mapp aint being nothing but a wanna be in my eyes.. We here on stt aint blind to see who he really is . Would rather cast a vote for Positive .

Mapp is dishonest. He has broken the law before and was removed by the Senate for his fraudulent act.

Since then he has redeemed himself and became Lt Governor of the VI.

He served honorably and there is no cloud over his service as Lt. Governor. He is the kind of person we need at the top spot. He is honest, has integrity, and expects us to perform to our best abilities. He is respect by people in high places outside this territory and that is important when we have to appear in Washington.

Yeah some of you lazy people want to do nothing from 8-5 and walk out with a paycheck. We need accountability and transparency. MAPP 2010.

Did someone say Mapp is transparent and accountable? Which Mapp are we speaking of? Time is growing rather short. The Governor will beat Mapp easy. Mapp may not even make it to the starting line. The Governor already told his troops he has something for Mapp. A surprise is coming….so tell Mapp get ready to hire an attorney.

Mapp is a dead horse … Mapp has so much baggage.

Please make me laugh. It would be fun to see how Foncie debates issues and answer critical questions. The political tactics of the past do not work today. Dirty politics do not help to elect a candidate. Any moron can insult and call the opponent nasty names. Does he have any skills besides making false allegations and spreading propaganda? Foncie makes Mapp look like a diplomat, and I am not a Mapp supporter. Mapp might not be the most honest candidate, but he is not as slow as Foncie. Which is worst, a dishonest& dumb governor or a dishonest & intelligent governor? Two poor choices:Mapp or Foncie.I prefer Mapp!

I just saw the CIF Poll increasing in enlightenment! It seems to be a good indication as to the best choice for our current gov to make: don’t bother, we have had enough.

Dont stop the carnival has a point. If the current poll is a foreshadowing of what to come by Election Day, Governor deJongh is as good as gone!

Who do you think spearheaded the redevelopment of Frederiksted into the beautiful town that it is now and put it back on the map in a positive light. It was Kenneth Mapp. MAPP 2010
