Crime Stoppers Marks 1st Anniversary

Crime Stoppers USVi is celebrating its first anniversary and invites the community to come celebrate the event.  The organization invites the public to these free events: 

St. Croix: Saturday, January 16th, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Government House, hosted by the Governor and First Lady

St. Thomas:  Tuesday, January 19th, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Courtyard which is between the Alexander Farrelly Justice Complex and Superior Court in Charlotte Amalie. 

St. John:  Wednesday, January 20th, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Battery in Cruz Bay. 

“It has been a fantastic first year for Crime Stoppers USVI, and we want to celebrate and share the good news with you,” wrote Judi Fricks of Crime Stoppers. “Come enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and meet special guests Tom Kern, the Chairman of Crime Stoppers USA, and Tami Lawlor, the National Crime Stoppers at-large Board Member and Conference Planner, along with the volunteers who run our local Crime Stoppers USVI program.” 

Attendance is free.  Attire is island casual.  Members, their guests, and anybody who is interested in learning more about Crime Stoppers USVI are welcome.  Optional donations to the reward fund, and new member sign-ups, are welcome.
