he did say at UVI graduation that in the next 21 or 22 years his son will be walking down the the hall for graduation ,As far as im concerned he as no little baby with Cecile, Or am i wrong ?

Why did the governor make it thus far without enhanced security? Why did it get constructed near the end of his reign? Is there a real purpose for the fancy guardshack? Would it comfortably house, let’s say, a single mother with infant child?
