Property Tax Ruling – 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals – Case #08-3897

If we have already paid do you think we will get our money back?
OldFart, That’s a good question, this is why I have been banking the estimated cost each year when they get their act together I will pay, until then each year I make a deposit in this special account. You just need to hold on the receipt( frame it) just so you know where it is.
The government is the one that create all this ball of confussion. what they going to do is give credit to all those tax payer who already pay the 2006 tax bill.so people save al those pay bills, knowing how the government operate, we really need to be very carefull.
who is interpreting the opion,is mr molloy still hanging and writing for mr. springer
All this Government is doing is showing its incompetence. Unfortunately the elders in the community risk being confused by this nonsense. I read the opinion and it tells me our Government continues to operate the way it always has. Oh well.
The problem is simple ..is the governor leave the people who really now about this do they work we would be on a better position. the judge told the government to send the 2006 property tax bills base on the 1998 tax rate and this would give chance to the tax office to clear all this wrong revaluation (and the proof is there really a big mistakes and wrong info in almost all properties) but the magic words was SEND THEM..and this are the results. another question is how much this revaluation cost to the government of the vi? not the figure of the contract of the company who did it…the figure of the cost of the total revaluation..do any senator ever ask this question? good one for sen:nelly rivera to ask when the lt.gov office be present at the budget hearings.
I didn’t read the paper on saturday, but someone was telling me that the governor is proposing cutback in holidays, one of which is Thanksgiving Day. I wasn’t able to get a paper for staurday this morning. It this true?
8 holidays altogether
