May 30, 2009

The Legislature recently renovated the lobby area and it looks like a really nice…………..bar like environment. They will start serving drinks shortly.

    What’s the point?

I think it’s a joke Sojourner. Refreshments is in quotes which I take to be a play on words. I’ll admit though, the room does look like a bar. LOL!

    Your tax dollars at work!

Dark, dismal and dreary. Yep, just like a bar from the 50′s. Fugly!

No surprise here! Look who is Executive Director of the Legislature who is responsible for the renovation? Louis ‘LoLo’ Willis who was over the IRB for years and was the sole subject of a scathing audit. He lost millions in collections, gave a free pass to large companies owing hundreds of thousands of dollars, let $83 million go unpaid to government workers. Can you say on the take? Hill should be shamed for hiring another person from the government garbage bin paid for by our tax dollars. Maybe Hill was the recipient of a few years of tax free benefits granted by Willis, who knows the connection.

I guess the area was design in a way that the senators can relax after counting their $85,000 plus

I can’t beleive a Legislative Employee would use such expressions of profanity. After all, are they employing criminals in the legislature? I guess, Senator Hill just continued the pattern by employing Lolo Willis who happens to be part of a cabal. Now imagine with our financial dilemma, they can find time to build a bar like room in the Senate. Way to go Lolo, you never cease to amaze us. I would not be surprise if it was Lolo Willis himself that posted as a Legislative employee.

It does look like a bar. I can’t beleive what I am seeing. I am so disappointed in Senator Hill, he is showeing his true colors.

No, ‘legislative employee’. We are surrounded by corrupt government officials who are getting a free pass and a taxpayer paycheck instead of sitting in Golden Grove Prison where most of you belong.
By the way, great english skills you possess in your written script. I just bet you don’t even have a high school diploma. But then again you are most likely a relative or a friend of who hired you and don’t need one! deJongh needs to go and we need someone who will replace the corrupt staffers and political appointees with QUALIFIED, RESPONSIBLE employees that can actually do the jobs they are hired for.

Is Lolo “the waste” Willis running for Office again. I am surprise he was hired to waste tax payers money again. He needs to be concern about the Feds who are still looking into his criminal acts at IRB. Time will tell.

Oh, by the way I just learned that Former Senator Carol Burke was also hired in the Senate. Now it makes sense, gambling, bars etc.. This whole thing is getting insane. I can’t believe Senator Hill who speaks of being a responsible person is hiring these rejects. Oh, and I forgot, Senator Russell who the people did not want in the Senate but I understand he should be on his way there as well. This is out of control….
