That’s OK you don’t need to know since my family is more important to me I wouldn’t give you the pleasure of destroying my reputation as did to our fellow crucian Sen, Russell.
How you would want to know! I am the kind of person that works behind the seen I don’t need public acknowledgement for anything I have done. My joy is see the faces of the less fortunate and disenfranchised happy and in a better place. I chose my profession to make a difference in someones life. I advocate to help those most deserving. I believe in my people I hold them in high regards and I dislike the attitude of any so call crucian that will publicly try to distroy his fellow man. Regardless of the circumstance we have to keep it fair and try not to drag us (the rest crucians) done in the process of drestroying another crucian reputation. We have to remember that this is a small community and their family members especially their parents who have work hard in this V.I. live here and among us. This is a unfair reflexion on them. So this is personal for me. I dislike us helping outsiders to destroy our crucian people, you don’t hear St. Thomians doing that do you? That’s the problem why we are going no way in this community. Let’s pick each other up and try to look at the other side of the picture. Who is going to look out for us? Deep in your heart you have the answer. Use this blog to encourage our Senators to step out of the box. Expand their knowledge and ideas to better this community. Rather than be couch critic let’s role up our sleeves and get out there and do something other than run our mouths to tear down.

Please excuse my spelling errors, I type too fast. I meant SCENE.

Why hasn’t Senator Russell tack on an amendment to resend the raises before his final farewell yesterday? You seem not to be mindful of the crucial issues that stir such an outrage in the community in which Mr. Springer’s organization brought a lot of attention to (act6905). However you are busy trying to bring down Mr. Springer. Shame on you

  4. Crucian to me heart on December 2, 2008 at 10:50 am

That’s a dead issue because it’s not going to change the raises. The new senators can’t change it, so what difference does it make. It’s a done deal. Tell me what is your brilliant idea to repeal this law. Wow! you think by getting rid of these senators the raises will disappear? No the new senators will benefit and were back to square one.
What is my concern is how is your Governor going to help us through these hard economic times. Layoffs????????

  5. Kiven Rames on December 2, 2008 at 11:03 am

Yes, it will send a stern message to them and those who are elected to serve in the future including Mr. Springer, that the electorate will hold ALL of our elected officials accountable for their irresponsible actions which isn’t consistent with the will of the people. You’ve witness democracy at it best.

  6. Crucian to me heart on December 2, 2008 at 2:00 pm

The stern message is you can’t have the money, but we will let someone else get a cut at it. Please it didn’t change anything other than stroking your ego so you can gloat about your so-call accountability on this issue. Yeah we all make mistakes time and time again, but we don’t drastically wipe the slate clean and get rid of our experience legislators while St. Thomas kept theirs and brought back one of them who by the way came back to benefit from that big raise.

Well come back I was fixing to begin to goggle to find your new blog site (lol), nonetheless we crucians have been known to clean house when our elected officials fails to comply with the electorate mandate which is to move these islands forward in the right direction. Economic recovery for the citizens of this territory and not just for themselves is what we desire.

  8. Crucian to me heart on December 2, 2008 at 4:27 pm

Cleaning house is not a good thing for us because we give up our experience senators and St. Thomas always get the upper hand on us. Our inexperience senators go to them for guidance and they take advatage of them. Yeah look at Senator White he alone have more years than our three most experience senators combine. He is the master spin doctor. Wow we wonder why St. Croix people are treated as the second class citizens in the VI.

    Oh please…

  10. Crucian to me heart on December 3, 2008 at 8:47 am

That’s all you can say. It’s the truth but we tend to look the other way for our own personal vengence and not for the greater good. We start from scratch every two years while St. Thomas is ahead of the game. Oh please… don’t cut it.

Crucian to me heart, you appear to be naive and not politically astute. Do you really think our government can pay for the LEAC of every consumer. Get real, the VI is not an independent nation like Tortola. Voting for the same senators maintain the status quo. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity. This is the reason Crucians clean slate more often than the electorate on St. Thomas. We only get the crumbs because our senators often do not look out for St. Croix. This time we got smarter and got rid of the rascals. You just don’t get it !

The last time I checked Tortola was part of the BRITISH Virgin Islands, an overseas territory of the United Kingdom.

Tortola is an oversea territory of the United Kingdom but it is no American paradise. If it is so wonderful, why is there not an exodus to this British island which uses U.S. currency. The people from Tortola do not enjoy the high standard of living like the American paradise. Again, where will our government get the funds to pay for everyone LEAC. Ultimately the people would be paying for their own LEAC by paying for higher property taxes. How is this a relief?

  15. Indigenous Virgin Islander on January 22, 2009 at 7:21 am

Rascal is out and the new senators have not said anything about an economic relief for the citizens. If the rascal care so much why is he not talking about his proposal on his Saturday show?

  16. Crucian to me heart on January 22, 2009 at 9:49 am

Indigenous Virgin Islander you don’t know what you want. You Praise High for Russell being thrown out now you complaining that he is not talking about his proposal on his show. WHY? He is in no place to make a difference. You took his powers away and now you want him to proform miracles as a regular citizen after you guys riped his reputation apart. Who do you think we are fools. You put the people you want in their let’s see what they have to propose. Since you are such a genious and have vision let’s see what you can offer. Nah!!!!!!!!!!!! You just like the rest a bag of hot air.
