It is my believe that implementation of any alternative energy saving measure has initial high cost not only to us the individuals but as well to WAPA... even before we can start seeing some savings. Honestly I feel that we need to explore more these alternative measure idea and expond on what it would cost to implement them. I read the article and the article fails to indicate how buying Renaissance will solve our problems and how using funds from the PFA rather than outside financing would make the difference, I would like to see some numbers.
