I just heard Anne Golden and Gerard E. on Russell’s show. I’m not sure I heard correctly and hope someone can either verify or correct the following:
Anne said there are many positions not filled within the Government and many of the Constitutional. Delegates(CD), some, could fill those positions while completing the work on the Constitution? Hope I heard right. They can model accountability for everyone to follow.
Also Gerard E. had a good vision of the VI- “That Virgin Islanders will prosper and maintain a sembalance of VI Culture.” Please elaborate Gerard, your off to a good start. The VI’er are all who breathe, pay bills, taxes, shop, eat, and interact in the USVI for at least 11 months out of most years. (subject to revision)
