I did not listen to the talk show, so I am glad to be enlightened. Such matters should be brought forward so those who did not hear can be made aware. It seems as though Russell is grasping at straws here. Maybe he has run out of sound ideas and is resorting to far-fetched reasoning. We all know that a great portion of the existing problems are originating with the VIPD. Thus, to give police such a "golden opporturnity" will further this society's woes.
